MVP Offense

The 2021 MVP Offense features the players with the highest win generation values and efficiency percentiles  at their positions among all Power Five players in the country. Ratings are based on career FBS performance statistics. Win generation emphasizes competitive game situations and is thus given more weight; efficiency percentiles measure overall effectiveness, regardless of game situation.
